About the role

The Senior Territory Sales Manager will lead a sales team and large‑scale distributors in Sialkot, executing company strategies and developing plans that address local market needs. The role focuses on driving short‑term objectives while building long‑term growth for the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Set clear SMART objectives aligned with the Annual Operating Plan and regional strategy.
• Estimate and analyze category development potential, creating plans to grow market share.
• Implement and cascade action plans, ensuring counter‑strategies are executed.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly volume targets and brand/pack deliverables.
• Monitor trade discounts, distributor ROI, and propose profitability improvements.
• Maintain quality control at distributor outlets (FIFO, stock levels).
• Track depot sales and support strategic planning with data insights.
• Identify untapped channels, new towns, and optimal rack productivity.
• Develop team capability, conduct field training, and assess performance.
• Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, and respond with appropriate plans.
• Ensure smooth execution of new product initiatives, merchandising, and operational priorities.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and people‑management skills.
• University graduate (BA) with 2‑4 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Prioritisation, urgency, and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive problem‑solver and team player.
