About the role

Software Finder is seeking a Senior Training Executive to own and elevate the training function for its cold‑calling sales team. This specialist role focuses exclusively on cold outreach within a SaaS/B2B tech environment, ensuring reps consistently book meetings and drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and continuously refine training modules tailored to cold‑calling techniques.
• Update reps on product changes, ideal customer profiles, and pitch adjustments in real time.
• Listen to live and recorded outreach calls, document findings, and deliver targeted coaching sessions.
• Run regular skill‑building workshops covering openers, objection handling, tonality, and pattern interruption.
• Track rep performance through structured session reports and call observation logs.
• Collaborate with the Data Analyst to identify systemic weaknesses and prioritize interventions.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in sales training with a focus on cold outreach or cold calling.
• Direct experience in SaaS, B2B tech, or software sales environments.
• Proven track record of improving cold‑call conversion rates.
• Strong coaching presence that motivates reps to attend sessions.
• Comfortable working directly with leadership on performance strategy.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Aircall or similar dialer platforms.
• Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Zoho.
• Ability to break down call recordings and provide actionable feedback.
• Structured reporting and documentation habits.
