Senior UI/UX Designer – Fan Engagement Platform

About the role

Sportech is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to own and elevate the end‑to‑end product experience of its fan engagement platform. You will create intuitive, high‑engagement user flows for iOS, Android and web applications that power memberships, livestreams, digital gifting and more.

Key responsibilities

• Lead UX discovery, wireframing, interactive prototyping and final UI delivery for fan applications across mobile and web.
• Design low‑friction, real‑time interactions for match‑day experiences and high‑velocity features.
• Build and maintain an atomic, configurable design system supporting multi‑tenant theming, typography and component scaling.
• Conduct user testing, journey mapping and analytical reviews to optimise conversion funnels such as onboarding, token wallets, subscriptions and ticketing.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and frontend/mobile engineers to ensure pixel‑perfect implementation, motion micro‑interactions and accessibility compliance.
• Ensure design consistency across multiple partner brands through dynamic theming.

Required profile

• 4+ years of UI/UX and product design experience delivering high‑scale consumer mobile applications, preferably in sports, gaming, streaming or fintech.
• Proven ability to design scalable multi‑brand mobile products and understand gamification, live‑streaming UX patterns and sports fan behaviour.
• Deep mastery of modern interface design, design tokens, component libraries, and interactive prototyping.
