Senior Unity Developer (6–8 years)

About the role

Onyx Games is seeking an experienced Senior Unity Developer to join its onsite team in Islamabad. You will play a key part in creating the next generation of mobile games, turning design concepts into polished, high‑performance experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement gameplay controllers and core game systems using Unity.
• Utilise Unity’s toolset for asset integration, scene management and performance profiling.
• Debug, trace and resolve bugs throughout the development cycle.
• Apply AI‑assisted code optimisation techniques to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with designers, artists and QA to meet tight production deadlines.
• Maintain high code quality standards and documentation.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of professional Unity development experience.
• Strong command of C# and deep understanding of Unity’s architecture.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver quality results on schedule.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Onsite availability in Islamabad (local candidates preferred).
