Senior Upseller - Web & Design Sales

About the role

A night-shift Senior Upseller is needed in North Nazimabad, Karachi, to own upselling strategies, strengthen client relationships and drive revenue growth in the web and design industry. The role suits a confident sales professional with a proven record in upselling, negotiation, client retention and hitting ambitious targets. The shift runs from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and capitalise on high-value upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing and potential clients.
• Drive monthly sales of $10K-$15K through effective sales strategies and client engagement.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to maximise retention and repeat business.
• Analyse client needs and recommend suitable web, design, development and digital solutions.
• Lead high-value negotiations and close deals while supporting junior sales team members.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, pipeline and revenue performance.
• Coordinate with design and development teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Required profile

• O/A Levels background preferred.
• 3+ years of proven experience in sales, upselling or account management.
• Experience in web, design, digital, software or related services highly preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving high-value sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and closing skills.
• Confident, target-driven and able to handle senior-level clients and complex negotiations.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of web design and development concepts.
• Account management and client relationship management.
