Senior Video Editor – Motion Graphics & Color Grading

About the role

TypeSpace Studios is seeking a highly creative Senior Video Editor with deep expertise in motion graphics, professional color grading, and visual storytelling. You will transform raw footage into compelling brand content for social media, digital campaigns, and cinematic brand films.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end video editing for social media ads, brand films, corporate videos and campaign content.
• Create short‑form videos for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and other digital channels.
• Perform advanced color correction and cinematic color grading, ensuring visual consistency across different cameras and lighting conditions.
• Design motion graphics, kinetic typography, animated titles and visual effects that align with brand identities.
• Visit client locations to shoot professional video content, handling cameras, lenses, gimbals, microphones and lighting equipment.
• Integrate music, sound effects, voice‑overs and perform audio cleanup, synchronization and basic mastering.
• Collaborate with creative strategists, designers and marketing teams to translate briefs into polished visual executions.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience, preferably in an agency or digital marketing environment.
• Strong creative judgment, attention to detail and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Excellent English communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• DaVinci Resolve (color grading and correction)
• Motion graphics and visual effects compositing
• Professional camera operation and basic cinematography
• Sound design and audio editing
• Familiarity with AI‑powered video tools (e.g., Runway, Kling, Higgsfield) – preferred
• Experience with Cinema 4D or Blender – preferred
