Senior Visa Consultant

About the role

Ninja Travels & Tours is seeking a Senior Visa Consultant to join its Lahore office. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on managing complex visa applications for individual, group, and corporate travelers while ensuring compliance with the latest embassy and consulate regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations to assess eligibility and recommend suitable visa options.
• Prepare, review, and submit visa application files across multiple categories (tourist, business, student, work, family).
• Coordinate directly with embassies, consulates, and visa centres to track application status and resolve issues.
• Oversee junior staff, provide training, and develop internal visa processing procedures.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of global immigration policies and travel regulations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of client service standards.

Required profile

• Extensive experience handling a variety of visa categories and immigration regulations.
• Strong communication and consulting skills for client‑facing interactions.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure while managing multiple cases.
• Previous senior‑level experience in a travel agency, visa consultancy, or immigration services.
• Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Business, Law, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Commitment to confidentiality, data protection, and non‑discriminatory client service.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Experience using online visa application portals.
