Senior/Principal Software Engineer (.NET & React)

About the role

Creative Chaos is looking for a senior‑level Full Stack Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain both server‑side APIs and client‑side web applications using .NET and React technologies. The role involves ensuring high performance, security, and reliability while mentoring junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, estimate tasks, and write clean, testable code.
• Develop RESTful APIs with .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API.
• Build responsive front‑end interfaces using React, Redux, and Context.
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing systems, fixing bugs and improving performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, track issues in JIRA, and provide regular status updates.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, conduct training, and evaluate candidates for open positions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3‑7 years of full‑stack development experience.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Flexible, versatile attitude with strong presentation abilities.
