SEO Calling Agent – Outbound Sales (On‑site, Lahore)

About the role

The SEO Calling Agent will work full‑time on‑site in Lahore, contacting potential and existing business clients to present EchoNet Services' SEO solutions. You will qualify leads, gather requirements and arrange follow‑up calls or demos with the sales and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects and existing clients to explain SEO services.
• Qualify leads, record accurate information in the CRM, and schedule follow‑up meetings.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to share client feedback and improve outreach strategies.
• Meet daily and weekly call targets while adhering to quality standards.
• Maintain a professional, inclusive communication style with all prospects.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to explain SEO concepts in simple language.
• Experience in outbound calling, telesales, call‑center operations or B2B customer support.
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing, with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work on‑site in Lahore full‑time and meet performance targets.
• Comfortable communicating in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM or calling software for lead tracking.
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles and online lead generation.
