SEO & Full Stack Developer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled SEO & Full Stack Developer to manage, optimize, and grow our website's search performance while also handling hands‑on coding and WordPress development work. This is a hybrid technical/marketing role suited to someone comfortable both writing code and driving organic search results.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute on‑page, off‑page, and technical SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.
• Build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites and landing pages, including themes and plugins.
• Develop and maintain website features as a full stack developer, working across front‑end and back‑end as needed.
• Optimize website speed, structure, and technical health (site architecture, schema markup, sitemaps, indexing issues).
• Monitor performance using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO platforms (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
• Troubleshoot and resolve website bugs, security issues, and plugin/theme conflicts.
• Stay current with search engine algorithm updates and web development best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in SEO and full stack web/WordPress development.
• Strong full stack development skills.
• Proven experience building and customizing WordPress websites (themes, plugins, custom functionality).
• Solid understanding of technical SEO, on‑page SEO, and SEO tools.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple website/SEO tasks simultaneously.
