SEO & GEO Lead

About the role

Bricks Tech is seeking a senior SEO & GEO Lead to own organic growth for both the agency and its clients. This hands‑on position requires a deep understanding of how customers search for solutions and the ability to translate that insight into effective SEO and generative‑engine strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO and Generative Engine Optimization strategies for Bricks Tech and client businesses.
• Conduct keyword, competitor, content‑gap, and search‑intent research to identify high‑value topics and pages.
• Create, edit, and manage content that aligns with customer intent and drives qualified inbound leads.
• Improve brand visibility on Google and AI‑powered discovery platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and Google AI Overviews.
• Perform technical and on‑page SEO audits, addressing crawlability, indexing, internal linking, schema, redirects, and page performance.
• Use Google Search Console to resolve indexing, crawling, ranking, and content‑performance issues.
• Design and execute backlink strategies, including outreach, digital PR, guest contributions, and directory placements.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, project managers, content teams, and client stakeholders to ensure implementation.
• Manage client workstreams independently, delivering strategy, execution, reporting, and communication.
• Track performance metrics and present recommendations based on traffic, rankings, conversions, leads, backlinks, and AI‑search visibility.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in SEO, organic growth, or content strategy.
• Proven ability to develop and execute independent SEO strategies.
• Strong research, writing, editing, and content‑planning capabilities.
• Deep understanding of customer profiles, buyer journeys, keyword intent, and conversion‑focused content.
