About the role

Join XGen Marketing as an SEO Intern in Lahore, supporting the team with keyword research, on‑page optimization, and performance analysis. This full‑time, on‑site position offers hands‑on experience in digital marketing and SEO best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research to uncover high‑value search opportunities.
• Assist with on‑page SEO optimization for web pages and blog content.
• Support SEO audits to evaluate site performance and technical health.
• Contribute to link‑building initiatives to improve domain authority.
• Monitor web analytics to track traffic, engagement trends, and report findings.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams, documenting insights and preparing performance reports.

Required profile

• Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Demonstrated interest in digital marketing, search engine trends, and performance optimization.

Required skills

• Keyword research tools (e.g., Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs).
• On‑page SEO techniques.
• Basic SEO audit procedures and technical/content checks.
• Link‑building strategies.
• Web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with Google Search Console and other SEO tools.
