SEO Manager

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven SEO Manager to lead and execute search engine optimization strategies for our diverse portfolio of clients in North America. The role is fully remote, full‑time, and offers autonomy to shape SEO campaigns from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that meet quarterly performance targets.
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical audits to identify growth opportunities.
• Execute on‑page, off‑page, and technical SEO tactics, including link‑building initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with content creators, developers, and link‑building teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports, and adjust tactics to maximize ROI.
• Identify upsell, cross‑sell, and referral opportunities within existing accounts.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of SEO experience in a digital marketing agency.
• Proven track record of achieving SEO targets without micromanagement.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
