SEO Specialist

About the role

Swades AI is a YC‑founder‑run venture studio building AI‑enhanced B2B SaaS products. We are looking for an SEO Specialist to own the execution of SEO across our product websites, turning roadmap items into live pages, higher rankings, and regular blog publications.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO, including Google Search Console audits, internal‑link architecture, content refreshes, and site‑health fixes.
• Produce high‑volume AI‑assisted content: programmatic landing pages, batch‑generated blogs, and new SEO‑focused pages that are published and indexed.
• Run outreach campaigns to acquire quality backlinks and secure guest‑post placements, maintaining a healthy link profile.
• Manage reputation on review platforms (G2, Trustpilot) and keep social accounts active and consistent.
• Optimize visibility for large language models by maintaining llms.txt and ensuring citation share in AI assistants.
• Automate repeatable SEO tasks such as blog pipelines, publishing workflows, and monitoring using tools like n8n.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on SEO experience with demonstrable results across on‑page, off‑page and technical domains.
• Proven experience building backlinks and landing guest posts.
• Comfortable managing social media and review platforms (G2, Trustpilot, etc.).
• Proactive, self‑directed and able to take ownership without constant supervision.
• Daily use of AI tools (Claude, Claude Code, Codex) to accelerate work.
• Bonus: experience automating SEO workflows with n8n, familiarity with GitHub, and AI‑assisted content production at scale.
