ServiceTitan Administrator

About the role

Join the Integration team to own ServiceTitan and its ecosystem from configuration to continuous improvement. You will translate the needs of nine distinct brands into a unified, scalable setup while preserving each brand’s identity.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize ServiceTitan across all business units.
• Manage integrations between ServiceTitan and the broader technology stack.
• Onboard new brands, migrate data, and stand up ServiceTitan for acquisitions.
• Administer multi‑tenant environments, including templates, contracts, and reporting.
• Build and roll out environments (tags, skills, workflows, pricebooks) in a governed manner.
• Analyze large data sets, clean and map data for migrations, and leverage AI tools for efficiency.
• Gather requirements, prioritize backlogs, and deliver releases with clear acceptance criteria.
• Define governance guardrails and drive adoption through training.

Required profile

• Fluent professional English, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable presenting on camera to U.S. leadership and stakeholders.
• Hands‑on experience with ServiceTitan, preferably multi‑tenant administration.
• Interest in using AI tools daily.
• Collaborative, trust‑building attitude and a builder’s mindset.
• Fast learner who can add lasting value even without checking every box.
