SharePoint Specialist – Information Security Documentation

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented SharePoint Specialist to support our global Information Security organization. You will design, build, and maintain SharePoint sites that store security policies, procedures, audit evidence, and RFP responses, ensuring they are version‑controlled, searchable, and audit‑ready.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain structured SharePoint sites for security governance documentation.
• Organise centralized repositories for audit evidence, compliance artifacts and RFP content.
• Implement version control, approval workflows and lifecycle management within SharePoint.
• Align documentation with frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, GDPR and HIPAA.
• Configure access controls and permissions in line with IAM policies.
• Create automated workflows using SharePoint, Power Automate or related Microsoft 365 tools.
• Collaborate with Security, Compliance, IT, Legal and Audit teams to ensure consistency.
• Provide training and guidance on SharePoint usage and documentation standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in SharePoint administration or knowledge‑management roles.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
