Sindhi Speaking Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are seeking a responsible individual fluent in Sindhi to act as a liaison between our company and Sindhi‑speaking customers. The role involves handling inbound calls, providing product information, processing orders, and ensuring customer issues are resolved in line with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally, delivering accurate information about products and services.
• Take, modify, or cancel orders and record details of complaints.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, inquiries, and actions taken.
• Process orders, forms, and applications efficiently.
• Follow up on customer requests to confirm appropriate actions have been completed.
• Escalate unresolved grievances or special requests to the relevant department for further investigation.

Required profile

• Graduation degree or higher.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of call‑centre operations.
• Flexibility to work in shifts.
• Excellent command of the Sindhi language.
