Site Coordinator

About the role

The Site Coordinator ensures daily activities at project locations run smoothly, supporting Molecule’s goal of delivering precise, friction‑free workplace environments. This on‑site role acts as the central hub for schedules, documentation, and communication among project managers, contractors, vendors, and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure execution aligns with design and implementation plans.
• Coordinate schedules, manage site documentation, and serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders.
• Monitor progress against project plans, support quality‑control measures, and uphold safety and company standards.
• Organise and lead site meetings, track deliverables, and provide regular status updates.

Required profile

• Experience in site coordination, project support, or facilities coordination, preferably in corporate, commercial, or construction settings.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities with attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for on‑site collaboration with teams, vendors, and clients.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, architecture, facilities management, or a related field.
• Prior experience on Pakistan‑based corporate or commercial projects and familiarity with local regulations is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic office productivity tools such as spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation software.
• Familiarity with project tracking or collaboration platforms.
• Understanding of workplace operations, safety practices, and basic project‑management principles.
