Site Manager (Electrical)

About the role

As a Site Manager (Electrical) you will lead the execution of high‑voltage substation projects, overseeing installation, testing and commissioning while ensuring safety, quality and schedule compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise installation, testing and commissioning of HV transformers, circuit breakers, disconnectors and switchgear.
• Manage daily site operations, construction progress, logistics and material control.
• Coordinate subcontractors, site engineers and third‑party vendors, acting as primary on‑site contact for customers.
• Monitor project schedules, costs and quality, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Lead HSE activities, conduct safety audits, risk assessments and incident investigations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of site management experience on substation or power transmission projects.
• Proven hands‑on experience with HV equipment installation, testing and commissioning.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and problem‑solving abilities.
