Site Quality Liaison Manager

About the role

Reckitt is seeking a Site Quality Liaison Manager to lead complaint handling, regulatory query management, supplier audits and new product development support for its Mauripur factory.

Key responsibilities

• Perform GAP analysis of local SOPs against global policies and update them.
• Develop and execute a risk‑based annual supplier audit plan, report findings and drive CAPA closure.
• Manage factory‑related consumer complaints via email or Salesforce, raise Quality One assessments and ensure timely escalation of critical events.
• Lead root‑cause analysis, track Level 2 actions and conduct monthly governance meetings.
• Support internal and external audits, arrange HALAL certificates and approve supplier TDS.
• Maintain the approved vendor list, prepare monthly complaint summaries and update global KPIs.

Required profile

• M.Sc Chemistry, B.Pharm, M.Pharm or Pharm‑D with at least 10 years of quality experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven experience in a management position overseeing complaint management, supplier audits and regulatory interactions.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to collaborate across legal, regulatory, production and procurement functions.
