SMB Sales Manager

About the role

The SMB Sales Manager will lead a team of Account Executives focused on small‑business customers in the United States. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding existing accounts, and prospecting new business opportunities. The role requires close collaboration with global teams in the UK, India and other regions.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales targets and year‑over‑year growth for assigned SMB accounts.
• Manage day‑to‑day issues and performance of the sales team.
• Prospect and acquire new SMB customers.
• Collaborate with UK, India and global teams to expand business opportunities.
• Provide accurate monthly forecasts and weekly progress reports.
• Foster a learning culture through WiG trainings and ensure team participation.
• Utilize provided sales tools to increase customer acquisition and resolve client requests.

• Thorough knowledge of the US SMB sales market.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent analytical and forecasting skills.
• Ability to drive accountability and celebrate wins within the team.
