About the role

Qureos is rebuilding hiring with AI and automation, and needs a Social Media Associate to own its communication across social, email, and editorial channels. You will shape narratives, build authority, and turn content into a strategic asset.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a social media strategy and content calendar for priority platforms.
• Create and manage static posts, carousels, short‑form videos, and founder‑led content.
• Repurpose blogs, interviews, podcasts, and webinars into high‑performing formats.
• Write, schedule, and optimize newsletters, product announcements, and value‑driven emails.
• Build and manage drip campaigns, lifecycle flows, and re‑engagement sequences.
• Own the editorial calendar, produce insight‑led blog posts, industry commentary, and hiring guides.
• Track performance across social, email, and editorial, and share data‑driven updates with growth, product, and sales teams.
