Social Media Coordinator

About the role

The Social Media Coordinator will join Aims Education Pakistan’s Multan office to create and publish engaging content that promotes the organisation’s study‑abroad services. Working closely with marketing and counselling teams, the role supports recruitment campaigns and showcases student success stories.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule posts across Meta Business Suite, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments and messages, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Collaborate with marketing and counselling teams on campaigns, events and student recruitment initiatives.
• Track performance metrics, analyse basic data and recommend content optimisations.
• Stay updated on social‑media trends and propose new ideas to increase reach among prospective students and partner institutions.

Required profile

• Strong communication and professional writing skills.
• Foundational digital‑marketing knowledge relevant to social platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple channels, schedule content and analyse basic metrics.
• Preferably familiar with education or study‑abroad services.
• Comfortable working on‑site in a collaborative, cross‑functional environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Meta Business Suite.
• Experience using Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn for marketing.
• Basic design or editing tool usage (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
