Social Media & Creative Marketing Executive

About the role

Trego, a Pakistani skin and hair care brand, is looking for a Social Media & Creative Marketing Executive to shape its digital presence, create engaging content and act as the on‑camera face of the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other channels; develop monthly content calendars; schedule and publish posts.
• Monitor trends, audience behavior, competitor activity; track performance metrics and provide insights.
• Generate creative concepts for reels, campaigns, product launches and seasonal communication; identify trending formats and sounds.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers and production teams to bring ideas to life.
• Appear on camera for reels, product demos, educational and trend‑based videos, communicating product benefits.
• Support marketing campaigns, influencer collaborations and digital activations; stay updated on skincare, haircare and beauty trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in social media management, digital or brand marketing.
• Proven ability to develop content strategies and execute campaigns for beauty or personal‑care brands.
• Comfortable presenting on camera and engaging audiences through storytelling.
• Strong understanding of audience behavior, social media trends and competitor analysis.
