Social Media Intern

About the role

Chainfore is launching a new consumer platform for families and needs a hands‑on Social Media Intern to help run its social channels day‑to‑day. You will work directly with the founder and the marketing team on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.

Key responsibilities

• Draft captions, stories and short‑form copy in Urdu and English.
• Reply to comments and DMs on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook within the same shift.
• Schedule and publish posts using a content calendar.
• Assist with shooting and editing short videos and reels.
• Collect customer feedback and testimonials for content.
• Track reach, engagement and follower growth and share a weekly report.
• Research trends, sounds and formats relevant to the audience.
• Pass sales and support queries to the appropriate team.

Required profile

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies or a related field.
• Active personal user of Instagram and TikTok with a feel for what performs.
• Good written Urdu and English.
• Reliable, organised and comfortable with daily deadlines.

Required skills

• Basic Canva skills.
• Basic CapCut or similar video‑editing tools.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite.
