Social Media Manager and Upwork Bidder

About the role

Titan Quant Research Lab is looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager who will also handle Upwork bidding. Based in Multan, this full‑time, on‑site position blends digital marketing with client acquisition for our AI‑driven trading solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across all major platforms.
• Create, copywrite, schedule, and publish engaging posts that reflect the brand voice.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse data and optimise content for higher engagement.
• Respond to audience interactions and manage community relationships.
• Research relevant Upwork projects, craft tailored proposals and coordinate with technical teams to convert leads.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, sales and engineering to ensure consistent messaging.

Required profile

• Strong background in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
• Excellent communication and copywriting abilities.
• Experience in content strategy and planning.
• Proven track record with online bidding platforms, especially Upwork.
• Familiarity with trading, financial markets or fintech products is a plus.
• Ability to analyse metrics and adapt strategies quickly.
• Relevant degree or certification in marketing, communications or a related field preferred.
