Social Media Manager & Creative Designer

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Social Media Manager & Creative Designer to work remotely from Pakistan. You will manage our social media presence, produce engaging content, and design marketing creatives that boost brand awareness across digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Create engaging posts, stories, reels, videos and promotional campaigns.
• Design high‑quality graphics, advertisements, flyers and other marketing materials using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
• Develop content calendars and plan campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Monitor social media trends, identify engagement opportunities and write creative captions and copy.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop brand campaigns and promotional assets.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to improve reach and engagement.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital assets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media management, content creation and graphic design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media posts, branding or creative campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work independently during CST working hours.
• Self‑motivated, organized and comfortable working remotely.
