Social Media Manager & Graphic Designer

About the role

NIU Groups is seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Social Media Manager & Graphic Designer to produce engaging visual content, strengthen brand identity, and manage the social media presence for multiple e‑commerce brands.

Key responsibilities

• Design social media posts, carousels, stories, reels and promotional campaigns.
• Create visual assets for websites, ads, email marketing and product launches.
• Manage social media accounts, content calendars and publishing schedules.
• Develop and execute strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement and audience growth.
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all digital platforms.
• Research design and social media trends and monitor performance to optimise content.

Required profile

• Strong graphic design background with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Experience in social media content creation and digital branding.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva.
• Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn.
• Basic video editing using CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar tools.
