About the role

MealApp is seeking a strategic, growth‑focused Social Media Manager to own and expand its digital presence. This urgent hire will lead organic user acquisition, turning social engagement into direct traffic and app downloads.

Key responsibilities

• Provide creative direction and daily guidance to an internal graphic/video designer, ensuring fast, high‑quality output aligned with brand identity.
• Develop and execute multi‑channel strategies for LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, tailoring content to each platform’s audience.
• Build organic content funnels that convert followers into active MealApp users, reducing reliance on paid advertising.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and trend analysis within the tech and food‑delivery sectors.
• Monitor growth KPIs, analyze content performance, and deliver data‑driven insights to continuously refine the organic growth strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in tech, mobile apps, or food‑delivery.
• Demonstrated success driving large‑scale organic traffic growth, with case studies or metrics.
• Strong leadership skills managing designers and video editors.
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn algorithms.
• Analytical mindset capable of pivoting strategies based on real‑time data.
• Immediate availability to start.
