Social Media Manager

About the role

NeuroLux is looking for a Social Media Manager to own and grow its online presence. You will tell the brand’s story warmly and honestly to families, build a supportive community, and handle enquiries with care and discretion.

Key responsibilities

• Run NeuroLux’s social channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) and maintain a monthly content calendar.
• Create and edit posts, reels, stories, and graphics in a warm, clear, neurodiversity‑affirming voice.
• Grow and engage the community by responding to comments, routing enquiries, and escalating clinical questions.
• Coordinate with therapists to ensure content is accurate, respectful, and never implies cures.
• Obtain written consent before featuring children, families, or staff and follow privacy and safeguarding rules.
• Capture photos and short videos on‑site with minimal disruption.
• Plan and run paid campaigns within budget, track spend and results, and report monthly on performance.
• Maintain an organised, on‑guideline brand asset library.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media/Digital Media or a related field (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing social media for a brand, agency or organisation.
• Experience in healthcare, education, or child/family‑focused sectors is preferred.
• Strong English writing and storytelling; Urdu proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of autism and neurodiversity and respectful representation is an advantage.

Required skills

• Short‑form video editing tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere.
• Graphic design tools including Canva, Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Meta Business Suite and platform analytics.
