About the role

NxTechnova is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of our social media presence across key platforms. The role will strengthen brand positioning, support demand‑generation initiatives and ensure consistent corporate communication.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise social media strategies on LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
• Strengthen brand positioning and support demand‑generation campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing and business teams to produce high‑quality content.
• Manage community engagement and respond to audience interactions.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience managing social media for a company or agency.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn and other professional social platforms.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured environment.
• Experience in B2B, technology or SaaS sectors is an advantage.
