About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to lead the digital presence of Dazzle By Sarah, a fast‑growing Pakistani footwear and accessories brand. Based in Lahore, you will shape the brand’s voice as it expands into its first retail store and continue to engage a passionate online community.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and YouTube.
- Create scroll‑stopping, on‑brand content that leverages current trends.
- Identify, negotiate and manage collaborations with influencers, user‑generated content creators and celebrities.
- Monitor performance metrics, test new ideas quickly and use data‑driven insights to optimise growth.
- Maintain a consistent digital voice that aligns with the brand’s aesthetic and upcoming retail launch.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of proven experience growing brands on social media platforms.
- Strong sense of both visual aesthetics and analytical thinking.
- Passion for compelling content and a track record of improving engagement metrics.
