Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a creative, organized, and social‑media‑obsessed professional to lead the online presence of multiple brands. You will own strategy, content creation, community building, and trendspotting across a variety of platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Create and schedule scroll‑stopping visuals, captions, and videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Quora, Reddit and other channels.
• Tailor content to each brand’s audience and maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Engage with followers, answer DMs, and participate in relevant conversations to grow authentic engagement.
• Monitor analytics, generate insights, and adjust strategies to improve performance.
• Identify emerging trends early and propose fresh, fun ideas.
• Explore and expand brand presence on newer platforms such as Pinterest, Quora and Reddit.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience managing social media for multiple brands (agency experience a plus).
• Strong blend of creativity and strategic thinking.
• Excellent writing ability and a good eye for design.
• Experience with influencer marketing or user‑generated content.
• Comfortable using Meta Business Suite, Canva, and scheduling/analytics tools.
• Basic video editing skills for Reels and TikToks.
• Curious, proactive and constantly up‑to‑date with online trends.
