About the role

The Social Media Manager at Creative Chaos will develop and execute social media strategies to boost brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive growth across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Create, schedule, and manage content across various social platforms while ensuring brand consistency.
• Monitor, respond to, and engage with comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Design and coordinate campaigns, contests, and promotions, and manage paid advertising to achieve targeted reach and conversions.
• Analyze metrics, track performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably with US clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media management tools for scheduling, monitoring, and analytics.
• Experience managing social media advertising campaigns.
