Social Media Manager

About the role

HG Marketing, a UK‑based podcast post‑production and marketing service with an office in Lahore, is seeking a Social Media Manager to oversee client podcast content from production to publishing.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and maintain content calendars for client podcasts.
• Manage the workflow from raw file submission through editing, review, revisions and final delivery.
• Coordinate with video editors and content creators to ensure timely, accurate deliverables.
• Conduct content quality assurance checks and handle revisions as needed.
• Schedule and publish podcast episodes and social media content across platforms according to the approved calendar.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and ensuring smooth communication.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent time‑management skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage multiple clients and meet deadlines.
• Proactive problem‑solver with good written and verbal communication.
• Team player comfortable collaborating with editors and creators.

Required skills

• Proficiency with content planning and management tools.
• Experience using social media scheduling and publishing platforms.
• Ability to work with analytics and performance reporting.
• Familiarity with Trello, Asana and Notion (a plus).
