Social Media Manager – Night Shift

About the role

Fast Force is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to join its Islamabad office on a night‑shift schedule. The role focuses on driving paid social performance, creating engaging content and producing short‑form video assets to strengthen the company’s digital presence.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse metrics and implement optimisation tactics.
• Create and schedule engaging organic social media content across relevant channels.
• Produce high‑quality videos and short‑form reels for social distribution.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest social media trends, platform updates and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Relevant experience in social media advertising and content creation.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent proven experience is preferred.
• Willingness to work night‑shift hours (8 PM – 5 AM, Monday to Friday) on‑site.
