Social Media Marketer – On-site in Gujranwala

About the role

AA Solutions is seeking a creative, data‑driven Social Media Marketer to lead, plan and execute social media campaigns for the company and its global clients. The role focuses on boosting brand visibility, engaging target audiences and driving growth across major digital platforms while collaborating with graphic design, SEO and development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement data‑driven social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) aligned with business goals.
• Plan content calendars and write high‑converting copy for posts, ads and brand campaigns.
• Monitor brand presence, engage with followers, respond to inquiries and nurture online communities.
• Set up, manage and optimise paid social media ad campaigns (PPC) to achieve ROI, lead generation and brand awareness.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, SEO specialists and developers to produce visually striking, strategically aligned assets.
• Track KPIs using analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, native platform insights) and present weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging industry trends, digital tools, platform updates and competitor strategies.

Required profile

• 1–3+ years proven experience as a Social Media Marketer or Digital Marketer, preferably in an IT or agency setting.
• Strong command of written English and ability to craft persuasive, brand‑aligned copy.
• Highly organized, proactive and creative problem‑solver with a passion for technology and digital trends.
• Analytical mindset with ability to draw actionable insights from metrics.
• Familiarity with basic design and multimedia tools (Canva, Photoshop, video editing) is a strong plus.
