You are a dynamic, creative, and culturally attuned digital storyteller with a passion for healthcare communications and brand building. You will translate complex medical information into engaging, accessible, and compliant social media content while blending visual design with data analysis to elevate healthcare brands.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multi‑channel social media calendars and execute content plans across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Design visual assets and edit video content using Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, and CapCut.
• Oversee daily community management, respond to inquiries, moderate comments, and foster a supportive online community.
• Analyze campaign performance with Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite, producing weekly and monthly reports.
• Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT for content ideation while maintaining brand voice consistency.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience managing corporate or brand social media, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or regulated pharmaceutical sectors.
• Proven track record of developing organic and paid social strategies that drive audience growth and positive brand sentiment.
• Experience collaborating with marketing, PR, and clinical teams.
• Familiarity with HIPAA guidelines and FDA regulations for healthcare advertising is a strong advantage.
