Social Media Marketing Manager - B2B Focus

About the role

Alframed is seeking a Social Media Marketing Manager with a B2B focus to lead its digital presence across key platforms. You will create professional content that showcases the company’s surgical instruments, manufacturing capabilities, and quality standards to international business audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic social media plans aligned with corporate goals.
• Manage and optimise profiles on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant channels.
• Create and maintain detailed content calendars ensuring consistent posting.
• Produce diverse digital assets including posts, videos, reels, product presentations and written copy.
• Craft targeted captions, product descriptions and marketing copy for buyers, importers, distributors and medical companies.
• Plan and run paid advertising campaigns using Meta Ads and similar platforms.
• Research competitor activity, market trends and customer segments to refine strategy.
• Track, analyse and report on performance metrics such as engagement, lead quality and ROI.
• Collaborate with sales, production and creative teams to ensure accurate, impactful content.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends, tools and emerging advertising opportunities.
