Social Media Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a creative and results‑driven Social Media Marketing Manager to shape our social media strategy, boost brand awareness and engage our online community. The role combines content creation, community management and paid advertising to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and grow presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube and other relevant channels.
• Create, schedule and publish engaging posts, videos, stories, reels and campaigns.
• Collaborate with design, content and marketing teams to produce high‑quality creative assets.
• Monitor trends, competitor activity and emerging digital opportunities.
• Engage the community by responding to comments, messages and inquiries.
• Plan and run paid social campaigns to increase reach, engagement and conversions.
• Track, analyze and report performance using analytics tools, optimizing campaigns based on data‑driven insights.
• Work with influencers, brand ambassadors and strategic partners to expand audience reach.
• Maintain brand consistency across all social media communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in social media or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of major social platforms and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience with reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
