Social Media Marketing Manager

About the role

Bandlift, a company based in Gerstetten, Germany, is hiring a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing Manager in Lahore. The manager plans, creates and manages content across social media platforms to strengthen brand awareness and engagement, and coordinates with design and content teams so that social media activities support broader digital marketing goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media campaigns
• Optimize profiles and posts for reach and performance
• Monitor analytics to refine strategies
• Coordinate with design and content teams and manage posting schedules
• Respond to audience interactions
• Stay up to date with platform trends, competitor activity and best practices

Required profile

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field is beneficial
• Previous experience managing brand accounts and familiarity with major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X) are preferred
• Comfortable working on-site in Lahore, adaptable in a fast-paced environment, proactive and detail-oriented
