Social Media Marketing Manager (Remote)

About the role

Babjee Lights is seeking a creative and motivated individual to manage its social media presence and support digital marketing activities. This position is ideal for a bachelor’s student or recent graduate looking for hands‑on experience in social media, content creation, WhatsApp marketing, and website coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content for Instagram and Facebook.
• Design posts, carousels, stories, and promotional creatives using Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
• Assist with WhatsApp marketing campaigns and product updates.
• Coordinate with the website developer to help launch the Babjee Lights website.
• Visit the outlet twice a month to capture product photographs and store activities.
• Monitor basic engagement metrics and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s students or recent graduates in Marketing, Media Sciences, Mass Communication, Business or related fields.
• Basic understanding of Instagram and Facebook marketing.
• Creative thinker with strong writing skills for captions and promotional copy.
• Organised, self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup.
