About the role

The Social Media Marketing Specialist will lead Freight and Tech’s social presence, creating and executing campaigns that align with overall marketing goals. This full‑time, hybrid position is based in Lahore with some flexibility for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across major social platforms.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data insights.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather content, visuals, and messaging.
• Respond to audience interactions and maintain brand consistency.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends, competitor activity, and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong background in Social Media and Digital Marketing, with experience running campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a hybrid environment.

Required skills

• Social Media Content Creation (captions, calendars, visual asset collaboration).
• Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
• Ability to interpret performance data and optimize reach, engagement, and conversions.
