Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

A client of Yadea Pakistan is hiring a Social Media Marketing Specialist in Lahore. The role manages overseas social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and other international platforms, covering content creation, shooting, editing, account maintenance and audience interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and run overseas social media activities to grow followers, boost engagement and build a strong external brand image.
• Monitor industry trends and trending topics, and create engaging content around them.
• Plan campaigns, collaborate with KOLs and influencers, and maintain relationships with overseas media, influencers and advertising partners.
• Track account performance, review data regularly and optimise content strategy; research competitors and industry trends in overseas markets.
• Work with the team on marketing materials, campaign execution and other market activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Media, Design or a related field.
• Fluent English (listening, speaking, reading and writing); Chinese is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in overseas social media operations, with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, take responsibility, complete tasks proactively and adapt quickly to the team.

Required skills

• Strong written communication, data analysis, marketing, promotional and coordination skills.
• Preferred: knowledge of photography and videography, design software and short-form video editing.
