About the role

Creative Chaos is looking for a strategic, results‑driven Social Media Lead to own and evolve its B2B social media presence across multiple platforms. You will craft purposeful, valuable content that sparks curiosity, delivers real value, and builds a community.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow our presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Reddit, tailoring content to each platform while staying aligned with brand SOPs and voice.
• Write on‑brand copy for posts, captions, hooks, video scripts, carousels and more, ensuring clarity, tone, and audience relevance.
• Leverage AI tools to automate low‑value tasks and focus on high‑impact creative experimentation.
• Develop deep empathy for ideal customer profiles and create content that addresses their real struggles and goals.
• Use analytics and insights to guide strategy, improve performance, and focus on metrics that move the business.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing B2B social media for a SaaS or fast‑moving startup environment.
• Demonstrated success with LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Reddit, backed by real examples.
• Strong editorial judgment to differentiate valuable content from fluff.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and HubSpot.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and copywriting abilities with a focus on clarity and tone.
• Deep understanding of analytics, KPIs, and how to grow engagement and conversions.
