Social Media Strategist

About the role

Medcare MSO is seeking a results‑driven Social Media Strategist to own and grow its presence across key social channels. The role focuses on developing and executing both organic and paid strategies to boost brand visibility, reach, and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and manage organic content calendars and paid social campaigns to drive audience growth.
• Monitor platform algorithm changes and adjust tactics to maximize organic reach.
• Analyze performance metrics and campaign data to optimize strategy and report impact.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure creative aligns with platform best practices.
• Identify trends, partnership, and influencer opportunities to expand brand reach.
• Manage paid social budgets and campaign performance across platforms.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in social media strategy or growth marketing.
• Proven track record of scaling brand visibility with measurable results (case studies required).
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok algorithms and best practices.
• Experience running both organic content strategies and paid social advertising campaigns.
• Analytical mindset with experience using platform analytics and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Healthcare or professional services marketing experience is a plus.
