Software Engineer – Full‑Stack / Backend / Frontend

About the role

We are looking for experienced software engineers to work on client‑facing projects in a fully remote capacity. You will collaborate directly with a diverse portfolio of US‑based and international clients, delivering tailored software solutions while receiving mentorship and technical support from our internal development team.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in technical interviews and assessments with prospective clients.
• Develop, maintain, and deliver high‑quality, scalable applications according to client specifications.
• Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and resolve concerns.
• Write clean, well‑documented code following best practices.
• Collaborate with internal developers for code reviews, guidance, and problem‑solving.
• Debug, optimise, and troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies required by different projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience working with external clients or stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication (C2 level or native).
• Proven ability to quickly learn new tech stacks and work independently in a remote environment.
