About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable micro platforms that power core business services. Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain high‑performance, reliable micro platforms.
• Develop and optimise backend services using modern programming practices.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure seamless deployment, monitoring, and scaling.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across distributed environments.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, primarily in backend development.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate across cross‑functional teams.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a passion for building robust, scalable systems.

Required skills

• Programming languages: Go, Python, Java (or similar).
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Containerisation and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes.
• CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools: Terraform, Ansible.
