Software Orchestration Specialist

About the role

Zones, a global IT solution provider and MBE operating in more than 120 countries, is hiring a Software Orchestration Specialist. This internal-facing role creates and manages software quotes, bills of materials (BoMs) and select ordering requests for Microsoft, Adobe and Google opportunities. It works through case-management channels, validates that agreement and opportunity information is available, builds accurate quoting outputs and returns completed details and notes to the requestor or routing team. The role supports transactional execution and quoting accuracy, but does not own customer licensing strategy, renewals, entitlements or end-to-end order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Create accurate and complete software quotes and BoMs for Microsoft, Adobe and Google programs using the internal quoting platform or publisher information.
• Review submitted requests for customer, agreement, product, quantity, term, billing and pricing information, and document or route requests when details are missing or out of scope.
• Manage assigned requests through CE cases, ZonesAssist or other approved intake channels.
• Apply publisher program requirements, agreement details, SKU information and pricing inputs when preparing quotes and BoMs.
• Provide clear quote notes, assumptions, term and billing details, and other execution information needed by the requestor.
• Identify and escalate discrepancies in SKUs, pricing, agreements or platform configuration to the appropriate internal owner.
• Maintain accurate case notes and status updates, and collaborate with Sales, Sourcing, MS Contracts, PPM, Cloud Operations and other teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, management or a related field.
• Experience in software quoting, software operations, licensing support, order support, sourcing, procurement or a related transactional role.
• Working knowledge of at least one publisher ecosystem: Microsoft, Adobe or Google.
• Ability to interpret agreement information, product and SKU details, quantities, terms, billing options and pricing inputs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests and handoffs while keeping case documentation accurate.

Required skills

• Experience with CE, ticketing, quoting or cloud-commerce platforms.
• Clear written communication and sound judgment when requesting missing information, documenting assumptions or routing work.
