Software Sales Executive

About the role

IK Group of Companies is seeking a high‑performing Software Sales Executive who can turn conversations into paying clients for UK and US markets. The role involves owning the full sales cycle from initial contact to signed deal, with a target of generating $10,000–$15,000+ in monthly revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound leads from Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Qualify prospects, conduct discovery calls and present suitable software solutions.
• Conduct outbound sales calls using company‑provided prospect lists.
• Handle objections, negotiate pricing and close deals independently.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines and follow‑up schedules.
• Build relationships with UK and US clients to generate repeat business.

Required profile

• 2–3 years proven experience selling software development or IT services.
• Demonstrated success closing mobile app, website, CRM, ERP or custom software projects.
• Excellent spoken English and confidence communicating with UK/US business owners.
• Strong negotiation, objection‑handling and closing abilities.
• Results‑driven mindset with a track record of achieving revenue targets.

Required skills

• Knowledge of mobile application development for iOS and Android.
• Understanding of custom CRM and ERP systems.
• Experience with website and e‑commerce development.
• Familiarity with AI automation and AI voice agents.
• Ability to discuss technical solutions with non‑technical decision‑makers.
